Country Hix Boudin and Cracklins in Mississippi

"This guy is doing it right! I got there about 15 min before they opened we we’re passing through town and he said If I came through the Drive thru he would serve me. The cracklins were AMAZING!!! We ordered the boudin balls, the jalapeño and the pepper jack stuffed then before we drove off he said he also had chicken cracklins and gave me a sample and if I hadn’t ordered so much food I would have hit them Because I’ve never had chicken that way and it was absolutely delicious so flavorful and crunchy skins, and it had a lot of meat attached to it that was juicy! Omg I wish he was here in Las Vegas NV he would make a killing because we DO NOT have any form or fresh cracklins in these parts recommend driving out to get you some Thank you so much for your hospitality and your kindness"

"We happened to see this place on our way home (Mobile,al) from visiting my family in north Louisiana. I made my husband do a u-turn so we could stop and try it out. They definitely did not disappoint. We got the pork cracklins, boudin ball & roll, a boudin link, and a piece of German chocolate cake. I havent tried the cake yet (we havent even made it home yet) but we ate everything else and it was delicious. If they were a little closer id definitely make this regular place to eat. Update: German chocolate cake was absolutely amazing as well!!"

"This place is awesome. The food, people, and atmosphere are completely delightful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because for my personal taste, I would have liked a little more seasoning on the burnt ends. Don't get me wrong, they were cooked to perfection. I just think they would have been over the top with like a little extra brown sugar rub or something. I'm actually glad that I don't live closer to them because I literally would be here every day."
